Passport Brand Design, a VML company, is seeking a forward-thinking Group Creative Director of Art & Design to lead a talented, large-scale team of art directors and designers. You will shape the conceptual vision and drive high-impact work across packaging, print, and OOH within a structured production-forward environment.

Qualifications

• Proven Group Creative Director experience within an agency environment.
• Deep expertise in packaging design with a portfolio across print, OOH, and direct mail.
• Ability to manage long production timelines and annual calendars in a structured, production-forward environment.
• Exceptional presentation skills to communicate strategy and design rationale to stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel occasionally and work on tobacco industry accounts.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of art directors, designers, and copywriters.
• Oversee conceptualization and execution of high-visibility packaging design, print, OOH, and direct mail.
• Manage long production timelines and annual calendars to ensure on-time delivery.
• Build and deliver portfolio and case study presentations to leadership and stakeholders.
• Travel periodically to collaborate directly with core stakeholders across locations.
