You will champion craft, mentor your team, and translate creative capabilities into high-impact outcomes while aligning with a Human First approach across the tobacco-focused client work.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in an agency setting.
• Strong packaging design expertise across print, OOH, and direct mail.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of art directors, designers, and copywriters to achieve creative excellence.
• Oversee conceptual development for packaging design and multi-channel campaigns.
• Manage long production timelines and calendars to ensure timely delivery.
• Present portfolio and case studies with clear creative rationale to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate across locations to ensure aligned priorities and integrated output.
