Passport Brand Design, a VML company, is seeking a Group Creative Director of Art & Design to lead a large team across packaging, print, and OOH. You will drive strategic vision and craft-forward execution within a structured production environment.

You will mentor designers and art directors, champion high-quality craft, and collaborate with stakeholders across locations. Tobacco industry work is a key focus, with travel as needed and a hybrid office schedule.

Qualifications

• Proven Group Creative Director experience in an agency setting.
• Deep expertise in packaging design with a strong portfolio across print and OOH.
• Track record of leading teams in a production‑heavy, structured environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a multidisciplinary team of creatives, fostering excellence.
• Oversee packaging design, print, OOH, and direct mail with a strong strategic idea.
• Manage long production timelines and annual calendars to hit briefs on time.
• Present portfolio cases articulating rationale and strategic context to stakeholders.
• Travel periodically to collaborate with core stakeholders across locations.
