The role requires 8+ years of writing in marketing or advertising, extensive HCP writing, and strong client-facing skills to drive strategic and creative outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent education and professional experience required.
• At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing/advertising or related field.
• Extensive pharmaceutical HCP writing experience is required (bonus for Oncology).
• Examples of branded or unbranded HCP collateral conveying marketing messages and scientific content.
• Expertise in extracting relevant information from clinical sources and writing medically accurate copy.
• Experience with complex projects involving internal and external teams.
• Client-facing confidence that advances dialogue and sells ideas.

Responsibilities

• Take full responsibility for concept and copy development across projects.
• Multitask and delegate to manage varied project types.
• Generate ideas while overseeing multiple assignments.
• Serve as liaison between creative and senior account teams, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Deliver advanced presentations and sell work externally.
• Provide mentorship and career guidance to the copy team.
