Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a Group Copy Supervisor with strong HCP and DTC pharma writing experience. The role leads copy development, mentors the team, and ensures work aligns with strategic and creative goals across multiple projects.

You will collaborate with creative and senior account teams, present work externally, and drive growth while fostering an inclusive, patient-centered culture. This is a full-time role in a marketing agency environment.

Qualifications

• At least 8 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field.
• Extensive pharmaceutical HCP writing experience is required ( Oncology a bonus ).
• Examples of branded or unbranded HCP collateral conveying key marketing messages.

Responsibilities

• Own concept and copy development across projects, taking full responsibility for the work.
• Multitask and delegate to manage projects of varying types while contributing ideas.
• Serve as liaison between creative and senior account teams, ensuring strategic alignment.
• Deliver advanced presentations and sell work externally.
