Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is a global life sciences marketing network seeking a Group Copy Supervisor to lead concept and copy across complex projects. The role acts as a bridge between creative and senior account teams, ensuring strategic and creative alignment while mentoring the copy group.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of copywriting experience, with 5+ years in pharmaceutical advertising, and a proven ability to deliver compelling social and digital content for omnichannel campaigns.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and professional experience required.
• 8+ years of copywriting experience in marketing, advertising, or a related field required, including 5+ years of pharmaceutical advertising experience in an agency setting.
• Demonstrated success developing content and creative concepts for social media, digital marketing, and integrated omnichannel campaigns, with a strong understanding of channel-specific best practices and audience engagement strategies.
• Proven experience developing branded and unbranded direct-to-consumer (DTC) pharmaceutical content; healthcare professional (HCP) writing experience is a plus. Experience in pulmonology and/or allergy is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Contribute actively to the creative team, taking full responsibility for concept and copy development on various projects.
• Multitask and delegate asappropriate toensure seamless management of projects of varying types.
• Generate ideas while managing multiple projects.
• Serve as a liaison between creative and senior account team members, ensuring work meets strategic, business, and creative expectations.
• Deliver advanced presentations and sell work externally.
• Providecareer-building guidance, mentorship, and support to the full copy team to foster growth and development.
• Demonstrate a commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion through continuous development, modeling inclusive behaviors, and proactively managing bias.
• All other duties as assigned
