Job summary

EVERSANA INTOUCH is seeking a talented Copy Supervisor to lead the copywriting team and ensure high-quality content aligned with brand voice and marketing goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in copywriting, leadership skills, and a passion for storytelling.

The role involves overseeing diverse pharma projects, collaborating with multiple departments, and delivering engaging content for digital channels while maintaining regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent education plus professional experience) required
• 5-7 years of writing experience in marketing, advertising or a related field
• 2-4 years of pharmaceutical writing experience is preferred
• High science experience preferred (oncology, HIV, etc)
• A book featuring conceptual work and very smart digital executions, social experiences, out-of-home extensions and even banners
• Know-how for writing in a digital landscape — from strategy development to banners to sites to SEO
• Experience with complex projects that include internal and external account and creative teams
