DHL Supply Chain in the United States is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead – Inventory Control Clerk to maintain accurate inventory and oversee shift work on the warehouse floor.

This role requires coordinating tasks across departments, training associates, and ensuring proper use of SAP and other WMS tools, with a Monday–Thursday 4:00 pm–2:00 am shift and pay of $21.75 per hour plus a 1.00 shift differential.

Formación

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory system required.

-Position: Group Coordinator Lead - Inventory Control Clerk

-Shift: Monday –; Thursday 4:00 pm –; 2:00 am

-Pay: $21.75 per hour. 1.00 Shift Diff

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal will also have the following skills: Supply Chain, Auditing, Shipping, Logistics.

A minimum of (1) one year's experience in the following:

• Prioritizing, scheduling and planning tasks for assigned department including cycle counting and also adjustments.
• Coordinating tasks and schedules across all departments, including inbounds, Inventory Control.
• Experience using a commercial WMS (warehouse management system) such as Blue Yonder, Red Prairie, JDA, SAP, etc.
• Microsoft Office software, including Excel is required.
• This is a hands‑on role that is spent most of shift out on the warehouse floor and moving to and from multiple areas of the building to include extended period of standing and walking.

Role Purpose

Responsible for maintaining accurate inventory by verifying all orders received and shipped

Assigns work schedules, trains associates in processes and monitor’s associates’ progress

Key Accountabilities

• Perform the duties of an inventory control clerk.
• Conduct training for new associates.
• Assist in physical inventories.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates as required.
• Ensure accurate accounting of and disposition of all defective or damaged product.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 6 months warehousing and inventory experience
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory system
