DHL Supply Chain is hiring an Inventory Control Coordinator to verify and reconcile inventories for customers and suppliers. The role includes physical inventories, data analysis, and reconciliation within SAP and WMS environments.

Formación

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
• Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
• Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory

Responsabilidades

• Verify and reconcile inventories for the customer, their suppliers, and DHL. Compile/analyze reports.
• Complete physical inventories and maintain cycle count data for management reports.
• Act as an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Data entry into customer systems and the WM System; reconcile data and investigate discrepancies.
• Analyze data for root cause analysis using Excel spreadsheets and SAP data.
• Monitor in-transit SAP data for finance reporting and reconciliation.
• Coordinate between customer, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Identify and investigate shrinkage and advise the departmental manager.

Position: Inventory Control Coordinator

Shift: Mid shift

Hours: 10:00 AM –; 6:00 PM

Days: Monday-Friday

Pay: $19.45 per hour

Role Purpose

Verify and reconcile inventories of the customer, their suppliers, and of DHL. Complete physical inventories and compile/analyze reports. Act as an interface between customer support, suppliers and customer management on inventory issues for resolution.

Key Accountabilities

• Reconcile and data entry into customer’s system of record and the WM System.
• Analyze data and transactions for root cause analysis using excel spreadsheets.
• Monitor and key data for several in-transit buckets within SAP for finance department reporting.
• Compile and maintain cycle count data for management reports to customer.
• Monitor failed transactions and physically reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate between customer support, suppliers and customer on inventory issues for resolution.
• Investigate any/all shrinkage of inventory and advise departmental manager.

Required Education and Experience

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• 1-3 years Warehousing experience; preferably with barcode system
• Working experience with cycle count and inventory control
• Knowledge of and experience with inventory systems and/or Topex
• Working knowledge of SAP inventory
