Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in Louisville, KY is hiring a Group Coordinator Lead - Building Maintenance to oversee a small team in a warehouse environment. You’ll direct daily activities, ensure safety, and drive maintenance programs for HVAC, water, and electrical systems.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of facility maintenance experience.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain HVAC system.
• Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.
• Perform maintenance or general carpentry on floors, walls, doors, etc.
• Ensure all safety equipment is in proper working order.
• Complete required reports when maintenance tasks are completed.
• Answer security/alarm calls as needed.

Pay: $22.35 per hour

Role Purpose:

Responsible for supporting and leading specified group of individuals in the warehouse/clerical setting.

Provides daily direction and guidance to the work group.

Trains new associates in identified work group.

Key Accountabilities:

• Maintain HVAC system.
• Do minor maintenance as needed for water and electrical repairs.
• Carry out preventative maintenance programs.
• Provide maintenance to material handling equipment to ensure service reliability.

Required Education and Experience:
