Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in San Jose, CA is seeking a Second (2nd) Shift - Group Coordinator Lead to manage work schedules, train associates, and oversee daily workloads in a fast-paced warehouse.

You will open/close the building, supervise a work group, and ensure safety while delivering performance. This role offers a $29.50/hr base plus $1.50 shift differential, with full-time benefits.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience.
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.

• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Position: Second (2nd) Shift - Group Coordinator Lead
Shift: 2:30pm - 11:00pm - Monday-Friday
Pay: $29.50per hour plus $1.50 Shift Differential
