Job summary

DHL Supply Chain in San Jose, CA is hiring for a Second Shift Group Coordinator Lead. The role centers on scheduling, training, and directing a work group, with a 2:30pm–11:00pm schedule, Monday–Friday. Compensation includes $29.50 per hour plus $1.50 shift differential and an attendance bonus for full-time staff.

The ideal candidate has 6–12 months warehouse and forklift experience, a high school diploma, and forklift certification or completion of a forklift-training program within 30 days.

Qualifications

• 6-12 months warehouse experience.
• 6-12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred
• Forklift operator certificate or forklift-training program within first 30 days, preferred

Responsibilities

• Assign work schedules and direct daily workloads.
• Train associates and monitor progress.
• Open/close and secure the building.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor.
• Communicate work practices and methods.
