Job summary

DHL Supply Chain is seeking a Group Coordinator Lead for a mid-shift role in Mechanicsburg, PA. The position starts in Mechanicsburg with a planned move to Annville by year-end.

Pay is $19.45 per hour, with standard benefits and scheduling from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM, Monday through Friday. The role emphasizes training, workload management, and effective communication via email/Teams, using a WMS to coordinate tasks and maintain records.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months warehouse experience.
• 6–12 months forklift operation experience.
• High School Diploma or equivalent, preferred.
• Forklift operator certificate or satisfactory completion of a forklift-training program within the first 30 days of employment, preferred.

Responsibilities

• Conduct training for new associates.
• Maintain legible and accurate records or logs.
• Review documents prepared by members of the work group for accuracy and legibility.
• Monitor performance of associates within the work group.
• Open and/or close and secure the building as directed.
• Report unsafe conditions to supervisor if they cannot be self-corrected.
• Communicate work practices, procedures, and methods to associates.

Position: Group Coordinator Lead

Shift: Mid shift

Hours: 10:00 AM — 6:00 PM

Days: Monday-Friday

Pay: $19.45 per hour

In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience:

• Major attention to detail.
• Manage work load.
• Schedule and plan labor and movement of associates to daily tasks.
• Provide input to management team on improvements or call outs.
• Customer communications and email communications.
• Problem resolutions.
• Process orders if necessary. Pick, Audit, and Pack.
• Float around to different functions throughout the facility.
• Use email and teams as necessary.
• Utilize a WMS to manage work and perform daily functions.

Must be comfortable starting out in Mechanicsburg and then permanently moving to Annville by end of the year.

Role Purpose
