• Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage assigned product initiatives end-to-end.
• Build and maintain deep product knowledge across Life, AD&D, Long-Term Care, Voluntary Benefits, and future offerings.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to gather market intelligence and inform recommendations.
• Translate product vision into executable plans and lead roadmap initiatives.
