A leading insurance brokerage seeks an experienced professional to generate new sales leads in Employee Benefits. The role requires strategic planning and customer interaction to drive revenue growth while promoting insurance products. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor’s degree, relevant certifications, and strong sales experience.

$200,000.00/yr - $300,000.00/yr
While remote, must sit in the following states: New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, Washington DC, Virginia, Maryland or Texas

Purpose of the Position
Responsible for generating new sales leads to help drive revenue growth of Employee Benefits for the organization. Interacts with existing and new prospective clients on a day-to-day basis to solicit commercial prospects, implement creative solutions for customers and develop revenue generating strategies.

Skills and Competencies
Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
Certification: CIC, AAI, ARM, or equivalent
Minimum Qualifications:
Physical: Visual ability for reading, writing and reviewing documents. Hearing and verbal ability to fully participate and interact in meetings and on the telephone. Manual dexterity for work on computer.
Other: Travel and overtime may be required to fulfill the requirements of this position.
Compensation (optional): Hilb offers a tailored compensation package based upon actual production with an attractive cash and equity deal. $200-300k + commission + equity
