Job summary

Trucordia in the United States is seeking a Client Account Manager to manage a life and health book of business, onboard new clients, and drive retention. You will coordinate with carriers, prepare proposals, and present plans for client approval.

Ideal candidates have Life & Health licenses, strong communication skills, and a detail-oriented approach to manage renewals, enrollment, and annual benefits pricing with internal teams.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Must be detail-oriented with excellent organization.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for clients and onboard new accounts.
• Manage a complex book of life and health accounts and renewal processes.
• Develop proposals and present plans to clients and obtain confirmation.
• Review contracts for accuracy and coordinate with carriers.
• Prepare submission materials and gather underwriting information.
• Maintain carrier relationships to secure competitive quotes and solutions.
• Lead annual renewal activities and coordinate open enrollment meetings.
• Collaborate with Producers and Client teams to support client needs.
