Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in insurance account management, preferably in Life & Health.
• Preferred: Experience with Self Funding.
• Strong understanding of carrier underwriting guidelines and coverage forms.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for clients, managing insurance needs.
• Lead renewal and remarketing process, coordinating with carriers for optimal coverage.
• Troubleshoot complex client issues, managing endorsements and claims inquiries.
