My client, a global full-service healthcare agency, are seeking a dynamic and experienced Group Account Supervisor to join their Market Access team and lead efforts to optimize market strategies and access for our diverse portfolio. This person will be responsible for overseeing and managing several junior account professionals, driving strategic market access initiatives, and ensuring the successful execution of client projects. This role requires a deep understanding of market access strategies, payer dynamics, and a proven track record in managing complex accounts and client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing strategic guidance to achieve their market access goals.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive market access strategies, including payer engagement, health economics, and pricing strategies.
  • Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of market access projects, ensuring they meet client objectives and quality standards.
  • Conduct and leverage market research and analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and challenges in the market access landscape.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cross-functional teams and senior management, to align strategies and drive client success.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of junior account managers and specialists, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • 5+ years of experience in market access, account management, or a related field, with a proven track record of managing complex accounts and teams.
  • Strong knowledge of market access strategies, payer dynamics, health economics, and pricing models.
  • Leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to think strategically, analyze data, and make informed decisions.
