Job summary

WCI Group’s Construction Division is seeking an experienced groundworks Site Supervisor to oversee drainage and civil projects. You will lead sub-contractors, drive safety, quality and programme adherence, and support Project Engineers in turning designs into profitable built works on site.

The role is mainly supervisory, with hands-on capability on digger/dumper as needed to keep the job moving, and it offers real influence as the division grows.

Qualifications

• Experience in supervising groundworks and civil works on drainage projects.
• Proven ability to manage sub-contractors and foremen across multiple sites.
• Ability to enforce safety, quality and programme on site.

Responsibilities

• Direct and coordinate sub-contractors and foremen across multiple live sites.
• Lead safety activities, review RAMS, inductions, toolbox talks and site inspections.
• Plan and sequence labour, plant and materials to meet the approved programme.
