Murphy is seeking a Groundwork Supervisor to oversee groundworks activities on our project. You will lead teams, coordinate on-site operations and ensure works are completed on time while upholding safety standards and quality expectations.

The role requires SSSTS/SMSTS, deep knowledge of groundwork processes, and the ability to travel and stay away from home as needed. Experience in the energy sector would be an advantage.

Qualifications

• SSSTS/SMSTS certification required.
• In-depth knowledge of groundwork processes and techniques.
• Experience in the energy sector is advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Supervising and leading groundworks teams to ensure works are completed on time.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
• Monitoring equipment usage and maintenance to optimize productivity.
• Providing on-site leadership, guidance and support to the groundworks crew.
