Job summary

Jobster LLC in Houston, TX is seeking a hydrogeologist/engineer to support water resources projects across Texas and neighboring states. You will oversee the full project life cycle from planning to completion, including field visits and data analysis.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in hydrogeology or engineering and experience with MODFLOW and ArcGIS, plus strong written and verbal communication. Travel up to 20% and ESOP participation are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field is required.
• 3+ years of hydrogeology or water resources experience.
• Experience with MODFLOW and ArcGIS is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute projects through the full life cycle: planning, feasibility, design, implementation, and completion.
• Prepare reports and present findings to clients and stakeholders.
• Perform fieldwork including site visits, data collection, and apparatus testing.
• Support project managers with proposals, schedules, and progress reports.
• Collaborate across teams and manage multiple priorities.
