The General Tree Care Team is essential to our operations, working together to provide high-quality tree care and maintain landscape health.

As a Groundsperson, you will work outdoors on beautiful properties, applying expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure landscape health.

What a Day Is Like

Working with a team to deliver high-quality tree care, including pruning, removals, and cable bracing, while safely operating all equipment and providing excellent service.

What kind of person are we looking for?

• Experience in proper pruning practices for large shade trees and ornamentals
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards
• Practical skills in chainsaw and equipment operation
• Valid U.S Driver’s license; CDL is a plus
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket truck)
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.

Physical Demands
