Job Summary: The General Tree Care Team are the muscle of our operation. These industrial athletes work together to provide high-quality tree care, helping to maintain and preserve the overall health of our clients' landscapes. In this role, team members have the opportunity to work outside and visit beautiful properties in their community. The Tree Care team applies expertise in climbing, pruning, and safety to ensure the health and well-being of each client's landscape.

Compensation and Benefits: This position pays $17-22 per hour. We also offer PTO, full benefits, and 401(k)! You may also be eligible for a $250 sign-on bonus.

Through our comprehensive tree, shrub, and lawn care, we work hard to ensure our customers have attractive, healthy green spaces. Over the last thirty years, we have expanded across the country, and we are looking for dedicated individuals to grow with us.

Responsibilities:

• Work as part of a General Tree Care crew to provide high-quality tree care services.
• Perform pruning, removals, cable bracing, and other tree care tasks.
• Operate equipment safely and provide excellent customer service.

Qualifications:

• Experience with proper pruning practices for large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species.
• Knowledge of tree care safety standards.
• Practical knowledge of chainsaw and equipment operation.
• Valid U.S. Driver's license; CDL is a plus.
• Experience with aerial lifts (bucket trucks).
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Physical Demands: Must be able to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
