SavATree is seeking a Groundsperson to work on a General Tree Care crew, performing pruning, removals, and related tasks on client landscapes. You will operate equipment, follow safety protocols, and contribute to high-quality yard maintenance across local properties.

The role emphasizes outside work, professional growth, and teamwork with experienced crews. A valid U.S. driver's license is required, with CDL a plus, and relocation assistance is sometimes offered.

Qualifications

• Experience with proper pruning practices on large shade trees and ornamentals.
• Ability to identify native and introduced tree and shrub species.
• Experience with tree care safety standards and equipment.

Responsibilities

• Prune and remove trees per job plan, cable bracing when needed.
• Safely operate equipment and perform assigned tasks for clients.
• Visit client properties to maintain landscapes and provide service.
• Uphold high safety and quality standards on every job.
