R.J. Corman Railroad Services LLC seeks a Groundsman/Laborer in Columbus, OH to join our field team. You will perform laborer duties, maintain equipment, and communicate with the crew, while adhering to safety and PPE requirements.

Ideal candidates are comfortable outdoors in all weather, prepared for on-call emergencies, and able to travel as needed. Company-provided training is available to operate heavy equipment and for on-the-job readiness.

• Mobility to participate in frequent travel and be on call 24/7 to respond to emergencies.

R. J. Corman Railroad Services is currently seeking a Groundsman/Laborer to join our team in Columbus, OH.

Responsibilities:

• Perform laborer/groundsman duties as needed.
• Practice safe working habits and ensure proper PPE is being used.

Specialized or Technical Knowledge, Education and Experience:

• Must pass background, drug screen, and physical capacity test.
• Mobility to participate in frequent travel and be on call 24/7 to respond to emergencies.
• Company-provided training to operate heavy equipment.
• On-the-job training provided.

Physical Requirements:

• Requires lifting of up to 100 lbs. in the performance of duties.

Environmental Conditions:

• Must live within 45 minutes of the R. J. Corman shop.
• Be comfortable working outside in all weather conditions.
• On-call 24/7 to respond to emergencies.
• Love working outside!
