GRADE-A TREE CARE in Grandview, MO is hiring an experienced Groundsman to support tree pruning and removal work. You will join a lively, team-oriented crew focused on safety and high-quality workmanship.

The role involves assisting climbers, operating equipment, and maintaining a clean job site. Starting pay is $20/hour with potential raises based on performance, plus access to Aflac insurance options.

Qualifications

• Experience in tree care or outdoor labor is helpful but not required.

We are hiring an experienced Groundsman to support our tree pruning and removal business. We are looking for someone who is skilled, safety-conscious, dependable, and enjoys working with a strong crew.

Responsibilities

• Assist tree climbers and crew members with tree removal, trimming and general tree care operations.
• Operate and maintain equipment, including loaders, chippers, trucks and other tree care tools.
• Remove branches, logs and debris from job sites to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Follow company safety procedures and work collaboratively with crew members to complete jobs efficiently.

• Previous experience in tree care, landscaping or outdoor labor preferred, but not required.
