Job summary

Woodcrest Villa by Tandem Living in Lancaster, PA is seeking a Groundskeeper Supervisor. This full-time post runs Monday–Friday, 7:00 AM–3:30 PM and includes on-call snow removal.

You will oversee grounds maintenance and supervise the groundskeeping staff to keep lawns, shrubs and trees in excellent condition. Paragraph 2: Requirements include at least two years of supervisory groundskeeping experience, a PA pesticide applicator license, and a PA driver’s license.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of supervisory experience in groundskeeping or related fields.
• Two years driving experience with PA license.
• Valid Pennsylvania pesticide applicator license required.
• Basic computer skills and ability to use standard applications.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance of lawns, shrubs, trees, and landscaped areas to keep them attractive and safe.
• Coordinate equipment maintenance and snow/ice removal; implement winter procedures.
• Direct groundskeeping staff daily and ensure work meets Tandem Living standards.
• Respond to resident concerns promptly and professionally.
• Maintain records of pesticide applications and treatments per regulations.
• Assist in recruitment and onboarding of groundskeeping staff.
• Ensure new hires complete orientation and ongoing training.
