Job summary

High Associates is seeking a Full-Time, year-round Grounds Maintenance worker in Lancaster, PA. The role runs Monday to Friday, 6:30am to 3:00pm, with occasional snow removal duties including weekends during snow events.

Responsibilities include lawn care, edging, mulching, pruning, and general landscape upkeep for on-site properties. Qualifications include a High School Diploma or GED and a PA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred but not required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Valid PA driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Complete all grounds maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Operate and maintain equipment.
• Identify plants and weeds; trim, edge, mulch, mow, water, weed, and leaf clean-up.
• Assist with snow/ice removal, including weekends when it snows.
• Safely use company vehicles and equipment; follow safety policies.
