Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Groundskeeping Lead to maintain and improve the facility grounds at our Miami location. You will oversee routine landscaping tasks, operate a range of landscape tools, and ensure safety and quality standards are met.

The role requires 1+ year of groundskeeping experience, a valid non-commercial driver’s license, and strong communication skills. You’ll work with a team to execute seasonal tasks and contribute to efficient operations on site.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of groundskeeping or horticulture experience.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license.
• Working knowledge of groundskeeping principles and power landscape equipment.
• Must be able to adhere to safety procedures.
• Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Work involves exposure to extreme temperatures.
• Must be able to work independently with limited supervision.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves facility grounds based on sustainability guidelines.
• Operates power landscape equipment such as mowers, trimmers, and sprayers.
• Performs planting, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, sweeping, raking, and snow/ice removal.
• Conducts regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment.
• Trains and guides newer staff on duties and safety procedures.
• Completes grounds audits and uses findings to improve efficiency and quality.
