Qualifications

• Previous groundskeeping or horticulture experience preferred.
• Non-commercial driver's license required.
• Basic knowledge of groundskeeping principles and equipment.
• Ability to follow safety procedures and stay compliant.
• Exposure to outdoor elements and temperature changes.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and improve facility grounds following sustainability guidelines.
• Perform planting, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, sweeping and snow removal as needed.
• Operate power mowers, saws, hedge trimmers, sprayers and related equipment.
• Assist with truck/tractor operations to maintain grounds as required.
• Keep sidewalks, driveways, parking lots clean and well-kept.
• Conduct regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn tools.
• Adhere to safety policies and report malfunctions promptly.
