Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain and improve site grounds. You will mow, trim, weed, and perform seasonal tasks such as snow removal, keeping areas safe and presentable.

You will operate lawn equipment, follow sustainability guidelines, and report safety issues to your supervisor. The role requires physical work outdoors and adherence to PPE guidelines. Candidates with prior groundskeeping experience are preferred.

Qualifications

• Groundskeeping/horticulture experience preferred.
• Valid non-commercial driver's license required.
• Knowledge of groundskeeping principles and power landscape equipment.
• Ability to adhere to safety procedures.
• Exposure to unusual elements and extreme temperatures.

Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves facility grounds based on sustainability guidelines.
• Applies planned designs to resolve landscaping needs.
• Performs planting, mowing, weeding, fertilizing, sweeping, raking, salting, and snow-related tasks.
• Operates power mowers, saws, weed eaters, hedge trimmers, sprayers and similar equipment.
• May operate trucks, tractors and attachments for grounds upkeep.
• Cleans sidewalks, driveways, parking lots and related areas.
• Performs regular maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment and tools.
• Adheres to safety policies and reports malfunctions to supervisor.
