Responsibilities

• Maintains and improves facility grounds based on sustainability guidelines.

• Operates equipment including mowers, saws, weed eaters, hedge trimmers and sprayers.
• May operate trucks, tractors and attachments to maintain grounds.
• Cleans and maintains sidewalks, driveways and parking areas.
• Performs routine maintenance and minor repairs on lawn equipment.
• Ensures safety compliance, reports malfunctions, and guides staff.
• Trains and supports newer staff on duties and safety; conducts grounds audits.
