Job summary

Pegasus Residential in Fort Worth, TX is seeking a dedicated Groundskeeper to maintain our community’s curb appeal and outside areas. You will collaborate with the Maintenance Supervisor to complete tasks that meet appearance and operational standards, and help keep amenities, building exteriors, parking lots, and common areas inviting for residents.

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community including grounds, amenities, building exteriors and leasing office, parking lots and other common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents, and in completing resident requests for service as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
