Job summary

Pegasus Residential, LLC in Savannah, GA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to join our on-site team. You will maintain the community's appearance, handling grounds, building exteriors, amenities, and prepare vacant apartments for move-ins.

Job Requirements

Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.

Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.

Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents and in completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.

Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.

Be willing to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and advance into a Maintenance Technician role.
