Job Requirements

• Work closely with the Maintenance Supervisor in completing tasks that ensure the community meets appearance and operational standards.
• Responsible for the overall cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including grounds, amenities, building exteriors, leasing office, parking lots, and other common areas.
• Assist in the preparation of vacant apartments for move-in by new residents and in completing resident service requests as directed by the Maintenance Supervisor.
• Participate in the rotating on-call schedule and respond to after-hours maintenance emergencies as requested.
• Be willing to learn and assist with basic maintenance responsibilities, providing an excellent opportunity to gain hands‑on experience and advance into a Maintenance Technician role.
