Position Details:

• Entry level position in management and manufacturing within government administration.

Benefits: A $1,000 signing bonus is offered, paid in two installments after the first pay period and upon successful completion of the six-month introductory period.

Scope of Work: Maintenance work related to buildings, grounds, and equipment, including cleaning, minor repairs, groundskeeping, and making-ready vacant units.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning bathrooms, kitchens, and appliances.
• Floor care, carpet shampooing, upholstery cleaning.
• Grounds maintenance such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, planting, trimming, and building fences.
• Operating heavy equipment and trucks.
• Securing and repairing unoccupied units, including painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, and siding repairs.
• Performing emergency, after-hours, weekend, and holiday work as needed.

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or equivalent, with vocational training or three years grounds maintenance experience.
• Valid Oklahoma Driver’s License with acceptable driving record.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks including bending, stooping, and reaching.
• Good vision and communication skills.
