Job summary

Qualifications

• Educational level typically acquired through completion of high school.
• Four years of experience as a laborer, gardener, or similar role in grounds maintenance, with two years at Groundskeeper E8 or one year at Groundskeeper 9.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and direct overall operation of grounds maintenance and landscaping.
• Oversee and direct work of subordinate staff and contractors.
• Utilize the state’s computerized maintenance management system to track work orders.
