Responsibilities

• Maintain the exterior grounds and common areas, focusing on plants, shrubs, trees, and flowers.
• Perform routine exterior cleaning, trash collection, and trash bin emptying.
• Report and identify grounds needing repair or attention.
• Carry out light maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Safeguard and properly use all maintenance tools, equipment, and supplies.
• Respond to guest needs in a friendly, positive, and timely manner.
• Operate equipment safely and properly.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Plan, organize, and prioritize work to meet volume requirements.
• Follow all company Standard Operating Procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior groundskeeping experience preferred.
• Attention to detail, customer focus, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record.
• Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds occasionally.
• Ability to move throughout the grounds (standing, walking, kneeling, bending) for extended periods.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
