Position Summary:

The Grounds/Maintenance worker performs groundskeeping and maintenance duties such as minor repairs, painting, and heavy cleaning as assigned. Supports our Culture of Excellence through active participation in neighborhood initiatives.

Essential Job Functions:

• Performs grounds maintenance tasks in the courtyard, front of the building, and other areas as assigned.
• Participates in in-service education and safety programs.

Expectations of the Position:

• Dependable: reports on time for every scheduled shift and works full shifts unless unable or with pre-approved time off.
• Willing and able to work overtime and weekends as required and approved.
• Has reliable transportation to and from work.
• Maintains a clean and neat appearance, exhibits a friendly, service-oriented, cooperative demeanor, and supports our Culture of Excellence through interactions with coworkers and Members.
• Follows work-related procedures and organizational policies (see Employee Handbook).
