Apartment Management Consultants in Corona, CA is seeking a full-time Groundskeeper to maintain exterior and designated interior areas of the property. Responsibilities include daily upkeep, supplies inventory, snow removal, OSHA safety adherence, and delivering courteous service to residents.

Ideal candidates will operate grounds equipment effectively, exercise judgment, and show initiative while upholding a professional appearance and adhering to company policies.

Qualifications

• Ability to use grounds keeping tools and machinery effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily upkeep of the property buildings and grounds, including cleaning and trash removal.
• Care for and inventory all supplies and equipment owned by the property or management company.
• Remove snow and apply de-icer to prevent ice buildup.
• Work within OSHA standards and company safety policies at all times.
• Report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
• Maintain a professional uniform and appearance at all times.
• Respond courteously and efficiently to residents and staff.
• Maintain knowledge of company and community policies and procedures.
