Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance of our residential communities and deliver world-class service to residents in Colorado Springs. The role emphasizes safety, reliability, and proactive communication with maintenance teams and residents.

Responsibilities include grounds cleaning, curb appeal, snow removal, and assisting with unit turnovers, with opportunities to contribute to a positive living environment for residents across our properties.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record is required.
• Ability to use smart mobile devices.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong customer relations skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Clean, maintain, and improve community grounds, breezeways and common areas.
• Keep stair towers clean and free of waste; ensure exterior steps are safe.
• Remove snow and apply salt during inclement weather.
• Prepare vacant units for occupancy and perform clean-out tasks as needed.
• Conduct daily inspections of building exteriors and lighting; report repairs.
• Adhere to company safety and environmental policies.
• Provide high levels of resident satisfaction through professional service.
