Balfour Beatty Communities is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the appearance and cleanliness of our residential communities. You will deliver world-class service to residents and support the property management team in daily upkeep and safety.
Responsibilities include grounds maintenance, snow removal, and preparing vacant units for occupancy, with on-call nights and weekends. A high school diploma and valid driver's license are required, along with strong customer relations skills.

Our Groundskeeper employees are very important in meeting this objective, with responsibility for maintaining the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community and providing world‑class service to our valued residents. Regularly use hands to manipulate tools, machinery, equipment, supplies, and office equipment. Frequently stand, reach with hands and arms, climb ladders, balance, and stoop. Sit and stand to do clerical work. Regularly lift and move equipment and supplies up to 75lbs.
Work is performed in and outside a maintenance/machinery environment and in and outside residential properties. Employee frequently interacts directly with residents, maintenance and communities’ staff during the workday.
