Job summary

Friedman Real Estate in Cincinnati, OH is seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain grounds and the exterior of buildings, perform housekeeping and janitorial tasks, and assist with light maintenance.

This full-time, on-site position requires reliable transportation to travel to other properties as needed, a basic set of tools, and a positive, responsible attitude. Schedule: Monday–Friday 8:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Qualifications

• One to two years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family/residential properties.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties, if needed.
• Must have basic set of tools.
