Job summary

Friedman Real Estate is seeking a Groundskeeper for Ridgeline at Canton Apartments in Ohio. You will maintain the grounds and exterior of buildings, assist with housekeeping, janitorial tasks, and light maintenance, supporting a clean, safe community.

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Qualifications include 1–2 years in grounds keeping at multi-family properties, reliable transportation, and carrying a basic set of tools. Friedman is an Equal Opportunity Employer.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of grounds keeping experience in multi-family or residential properties.
• Must have reliable transportation and be able to travel to other properties if needed.
• Must have a basic set of tools.
• Be responsible and reliable with a positive attitude.
