Job summary

Drucker + Falk, LLC is seeking a Groundskeeper/Porter to keep the community clean and neat across offices, models, clubhouse, lobbies, laundry, common areas, and grounds. Duties emphasize safety and adherence to Drucker + Falk standards in daily operations.

The role involves cleaning, grounds maintenance, time-keeping, and timely reporting of issues. You will assist with resident relations and perform other duties as assigned, indoors and outdoors in varying temperatures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months related experience.
• Able to lift up to 100 pounds as part of daily duties.
• Willingness to work indoors and outdoors in extreme conditions.

Responsibilities

• Clean common areas daily and clean vacant apartments.
• Policing of grounds and grounds maintenance tasks.
• Notify supervisor after work is complete and ready for inspection.
• Maintain accurate records of time worked.
• Request necessary supplies without overstocking.
• Report defects to Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager.
• Maintain high standards of resident relations.
• Perform duties as requested by Maintenance Superintendent/Property Manager.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
