Job Description

ZRS is a leading residential property management company that offers consistent service to residents and clients by recruiting, hiring, and retaining the most talented professionals in the apartment industry.

Position: Groundskeeper

The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the property, including but not limited to:

1. Maintaining the buildings and breezeways, ensuring they are free from trash and cobwebs
2. Sweeping and/or blowing debris
3. Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings
4. Walking the property monthly to inspect grounds
5. Pressure washing buildings
6. Preparing units for market readiness
7. Cleaning all common areas, model units, and amenities
8. Maintaining the compactor area free from debris
