Summary
Plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations of our collision repair department. Your primary responsibility will be detailing cars that are being picked up, running errands such as picking up customer vehicles, dropping off customers, cleaning around the shop, etc.
Essential Duties
- Greet customers and provide them with a warm and friendly welcome upon their arrival at the collision center.
- Assist customers with their vehicles, including parking cars, retrieving, and moving cars within the premises.
- Safely drive vehicles to designated areas while adhering to all traffic regulations and maintaining caution at all times.
- Conduct thorough inspections of customer vehicles for any damages, dents, or scratches, and accurately record their condition.
- Wash, cleaning cars, and vacuum vehicles to maintain their appearance and prepare them for the repair process.
- Collaborate with the repair technicians and provide support by delivering parts and tools as needed.
- Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the shop area, ensuring a safe and efficient work environment following proper safety rules.
- Housekeeping bathrooms cleaned shop & customer areas, empty trash cans, keep shop / office clean daily.
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to minimize risks and accidents within the collision center.
- Assist in handling customer inquiries, providing basic information, and directing them to the appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate effectively with colleagues and maintain a positive and professional work atmosphere with proper time management skills.
- Using exceptional customer service skills and a positive attitude by communicating with customers and employees to complete tasks.

Education and/or Experience
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Language Skills
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization.
