Job summary

Indigo Apartments in San Antonio, TX is seeking a Groundskeeper / Porter to keep the property clean and safe for residents. You will help with trash removal, cleaning common areas, and supporting the maintenance team with light tasks.

The role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work independently or as part of a team. Competitive pay and a suite of benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Prefer experience in maintenance or custodial work.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Basic knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment is a plus.

• Maintain dumpster and trash areas
