Job summary

ZRS is a leading residential property management company in Boynton Beach, FL, seeking a Groundskeeper to maintain the property and ensure clean, safe common areas for residents and clients.

You will be responsible for maintaining buildings, breezeways, and common spaces, including routine tasks like sweeping, debris removal, light bulb replacement, and monthly property walks. The role supports market-ready units and property aesthetics.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the buildings and breezeways, removing trash and cobwebs.
• Sweep and/or blow debris from sidewalks and exterior areas.
• Replace light bulbs in common areas and buildings as needed.
• Walk the property monthly to inspect grounds.
• Pressure wash the buildings to keep them presentable.
• Prepare market-ready units for new residents.
• Clean all common areas, model units and amenities.
• Maintain the compactor area free from debris.

The Groundskeeper is responsible for the maintenance of the property, including but not limited to:

• Maintaining the buildings
• Breezeways to be free from trash and cobwebs
• Sweeping and/or blowing debris
• Replacing light bulbs in common areas and buildings,
• Walking the property monthly,
• Pressure washing the buildings,
• Preparing market ready units,
• Cleaning of all common areas, model units and amenities
• Maintaining of compactor area to be free from debris.
