Position Summary: The Groundskeeper is responsible for maintaining the exterior cleanliness and presentation of our Plain & Fancy Property located in Bird-in-Hand. This part-time position offers flexible morning hours, including weekends, totaling 20-28 hours per week.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Pick up all trash and debris on the property.
- Empty all trash cans.
- Water flowers and pull weeds in grass areas and flower beds.
- Sweep and clean all walkways, patios, and entrance areas.
- Clean exterior windows, with some power washing required.
- Hand mow as required.
- Perform other duties as directed.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
- Must be 16 years of age or older.
- Display a positive attitude and eagerness to learn.
- Able to follow written and verbal directions and communicate effectively.
- Ability to work independently.
- Safety-first focus with knowledge of workplace safety and emergency procedures.
- Thoroughness and attention to detail.
